A Handle’s Turn from a Trip to Guantanamo

Had a meet at NHS / PCT today to demo a new product we’ve been developing to get people active in their communities.

Been preparing for a while. Got a prototype built and custom designed in its own acrylic, laser etched box. Bought a fancy case to put it in. Tested it. Then retested it….then left the speaker on overnight, so no charge. Doh!

So this is me, minutes before the meeting, in the toilets, trying to fix it, screwdriver in hand. If anyone had come in – and I did forget to lock the door in the mild panic – they would have seen an Asian man, with a beard and a box of suspicious electronics, in a public building, looking very anxious.

I’m not even sure God would have helped me then.
